TESS is entering a new growth phase and seeks an experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Houston and Louisiana. With a solid presence in Deer Park, TESS delivers critical industrial hose solutions and is expanding into Hose Management, Site Services, and Bunkering & Composite Hoses. This is a high-impact role focused on strategic sales, operational excellence, and cultural transformation.

Ideal Candidate

  • Technical expertise in industrial hose & fluid systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Houston team to 30% YoY growth and execute an offshore acquisition in Louisiana
  • Drive a high-performance, customer-focused culture
  • Represent TESS with clients and at industry events
  • Align structure, people & systems to business goals
