Risk-based maintenance plan

Maintenance plans established in the hose control system take a risk-based approach to setting inspection and replacement intervals. These intervals can be standardized for an entire system or customized independently for each hose. Our customers can use this information to target risk-reducing measures on individual hoses.

Certified experts from TESS conduct risk assessments, determine risk classes and identify opportunities for risk-reducing measures in collaboration with the customer's key technical personnel. Our staff has extensive experience in evaluating alternative barriers.
